A free program to automatically close all the programs that are running.

SmartClose is an interesting free program whose aim is to automatically close all the programs that are running, deactivate the screensaver and stop other processes that could interrupt your activities without permission. Before SmartClose closes or deactivates a process, it saves the actual status of the operating system (including the screensaver) in a system capture, so that you can open and restore it later with the program.

If you want SmartClose to not close a program, just add the name of this program to the Protected Programs list. In case a program can`t be closed, SmartClose includes an option called SmartKill, to uninstall it. SmartClose is completely free.
